Information
- Zion's worship schedule is returning to Saturdays at 5:00 p.m. and Sundays at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 a.m.
- After Labor Day, students will need to complete a late slip for any late homework and will receive a 10% grade reduction for that assignment.
- If a student earns less than 80% on a test, I will write, "Please correct and return," at the top, and the student should return it for half credit.
- Students can practice their spelling words online at www.spellingcity.com/zion3. Words will be posted after Monday's pre-test.
- 3rd grade will participate in the "Who's for Lunch" program and a nature hike at Busch Wildlife on Thursday, October 3 from 9:30-12:30. Please email me if you are able to drive, and include the number of students you can safely fit.
Repeats
- If your child has an appointment or will be absent, please email me and cc: jschmidt@zionharvester.org.
- Water bottles are welcome in our classroom during
these hot days (as long as students can use them and refill them without
spilling).
- If you have any extra
garden produce that you'd like to share, the cafeteria will gladly
accept donations.
