- Zion's annual Sausage Supper is this Sunday from 12:30-7:00 p.m.
- Spring picture day is Thursday, February 20. Students may dress down and bring one prop for the photo.

- We will have NO school on Monday, February 17 (President's Day). Make-up snow days will be considered at the end of the school year, if needed.

Grammar
We will focus on contractions with the word, "not," which have an apostrophe instead of the "o." (didn't, can't)
Math
We will focus on subtracting 2 and 3-digit numbers and on fractions with the denominators 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8.
Science
Our Chapter 10 test will be on Wednesday, February 19. Then we will begin Chapter 11- Matter- by reviewing the properties of matter.
Social Studies
We will review how supply and demand affect prices. Please help your child collect a grocery store flier to bring to school by Friday, February 22.
